Organisations often invest valuable resources at the wrong stage of the business development cycle.

Resources are usually invested at the proposal stage and consequently, little time is spent focusing on upcoming opportunities – pursuits.

This is ineffective as there is a direct correlation between win rates and an understanding of the client – as found in the annual Beaton survey. It takes time to build this knowledge and therefore resources need to be invested well before the proposal hits your desk.

Who is Rosh Consulting?

Roshni Banwait is the Director and principal consultant at Rosh Consulting. Roshni has over 20 years' of experience in business development and marketing gained in major Australian corporations and leading professional services firms including Deloitte, Clifford Chance and Allens. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing business development strategies that are directly tied to generating revenue and profitable growth. 

Roshni specialises in developing and implementing tailored pursuits programs aimed at winning high-value, complex, "must win" projects.  It was through the success of these programs and identifying a gap in the market for an agile business development resourcing model, which led Roshni to establish Rosh Consulting.

Roshni brings boundless energy and authenticity to every project. She is passionate about collaborating with her clients to develop ideas and strategies to drive growth and get results.
